Allowed Connections per each subscription
You can buy up to 4 connection on single subscription. Price of subscription will increase by adding extra connection.<\/p>\n
Using more than allowed connection will result in getting your Subscription and IP suspended by the provider with no refund.<\/p>\n
The Number of Live TV Channels & VOD
Channels and VOD are subject to change, update or removal at any time and without prior notice.<\/p>\n
Any change in the categories or anything included in the content can happen anytime.<\/p>\n
We don\u2019t have any control over the content provided or EPG or any updates happen to them.<\/p>\n
Unacceptable usage behavior
We don\u2019t allow any type of re-streaming, transmit the content or distribute any of the content provided.<\/p>\n

Quality of the content provided
Due to the nature of IPTV and the factors it depend on such as Internet Service Provider, Internet Speed, Bandwidth, Streaming sources and many other variables, We can\u2019t guarantee that any of the content will be working 100% all the time , it\u2019s possible to find issues like buffering , freezing or not working content<\/p>\n
Therefore, ensure having high speed internet connection with less than 5ms ping result and that your ISP allows IPTV servers to reduce the possibility of having issues<\/p>\n
Proxy \/ VPN usage policy
Using Proxy \/ VPN applications or servers is not recommended. We have built in proxy server in our service so you don\u2019t need to use proxy\/VPN except some condition like your IPS has block IPS service. We will assist you when to use VPN if needed.<\/p>\n
Unsupported Countries
Our service work anywhere in the world as long as your Internet Service Provider is not blocking our services.<\/p>\n

We have provided you our apk app with subscription which you can use on fire stick, android box and android smart phone. For other devices you have to use third party app (IPTV Player) e.g. IBO Player, BOB Player, Smart Iptv, Set Iptv player etc on Smart TVs.<\/p>\n
Please note: we just provide you iptv service which you can play on any iptv player. These app can be free (with ads) or paid. We are not responsible for any app expiry we are just responsible for our iptv service expiry.<\/p>\n
Suspension and downtime
in addition to our right and conditions to terminate or disable the subscription, you confirm and agree on downtime in case of server maintenance or any update or server related issues, you will not be informed of these before they occur.<\/p>\n
Refund\/cancellation Policy
We sell digitally downloadable services all of which come with a trial. Please do your test on the trial of the product to understand the functionalities before purchasing our other subscriptions. Because of the nature of digitally downloadable goods, refunds aren\u2019t possible once the files have been delivered to you immediately after your purchase, except under extraordinary situation. If our server gets down and we can\u2019t bring it back within a week you can request for refund. In this situation, we will only get paid for the period that you used the IPTV (1 day = 0.5 GBP) and we will refund the rest of your money. For Example, You had buy a subscription for one year (365 days) for 65 GBP, you only use the IPTV for 2 months (60 days) and after that, you had a problem and you want to get a refund, in this case, we will get paid 30 GBP (60\u00d70.5=30) and we will refund 35 GPB you. (Note: 30% refund fee is applied refunded amount & no refund policies for Trials). Refund time is totally depended on payment system or the method that you use to purchase it can take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank<\/p>\n
